The airline said the dish reflects Poland’s culinary heritage and the country’s long-standing November tradition of serving goose, especially around St. Martin’s Day on 11 November.
The meal features Polish goose breast with Silesian dumplings, sautéed beetroot, green beans, and a caramelised pear in syrup, paired with a local red wine.
"Goose is the essence of Polish tradition – a dish served for generations in November," said Izabela Leszczyńska, Director of Product Development and Customer Experience at LOT.
"By introducing it to our Business Class menu, we want to inspire travellers from around the world with our heritage," she added.
LOT said the initiative is part of its broader effort to promote Polish cuisine and support local producers, offering passengers "a journey through time and flavour" that showcases national culinary traditions.
